New patients to St. Peters Bone & Joint Surgery may be referred by a  physician, a worker’s compensation carrier, or may self-refer. A paper referral should be brought to the office by the patient. Any other type of referral should be phoned in to the office by your primary care physician prior to the appointment. Without a referral, you may be asked to sign a waiver or your appointment may have to be rescheduled.
Since we have two locations to serve you, be sure to specify at which location you would prefer to be seen. Keep in mind that not all of our physicians see patients at both locations. Be sure to bring any X-rays, MRIs or other test results that may have been ordered or performed by another physician. Have your insurance card with you at each appointment. We will be unable to bill your insurance company if you do not have this card with you at the time of each visit. Without it, you will be asked to sign a waiver or your appointment will have to be rescheduled. A minimum down payment of $100.00 will be collected at registration with any balance due at the end of your visit. A copy of your driver's license will be maintained in your chart.

For the best selection of time and day, please call for appointments as early as possible. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance by calling 636.229.4222. This will allow us to see other patients in need of care.
