Prescription Request

Prescriptions and refills for established patients of St. Peters Bone & Joint Surgery are routinely issued Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. You can make your request by:

• Calling our office at (636) 441-3444.
• Having your pharmacy fax the request to (636) 441-9832.
• Completing and submitting our secure Prescription Refill Form below.

We will respond to your request within 24-48 hours.

No refills are issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctors do not have access to your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
